At Universal Studios Japan, we want Guests with food allergies to be able to enjoy meals with their families and friends. That's why we offer「Low-Allergen Set Meals」tailored to Guests with certain food allergies at some of our restaurants. For other major menu items, you can check the allergen information to find out whether they contain any of the 28 specific ingredients.

Checking Allergen Information

To use the service, you must agree to the following Terms of Use.

  • We cannot guarantee that allergic reactions will not occur, even if the allergy information search results indicate that none of the specific ingredients are present in the dish.
    Please order at your own discretion.
    • • Allergens may also be present in seasonings and other ingredients.
    • • As the same kitchen is used to prepare other menu items, there is a possibility of allergen contamination during cooking or processing.
    • • The cooking utensils used for other menu items are also washed using the same equipment. Traces of allergens may sometimes remain.
  • Do not allow children to search for allergen information on their own. Please ensure that the information is checked together with an adult.
  • Certain restaurants or food carts may be temporarily closed due to the weather or the season. In such cases, they will not appear in the search results.
  • Menu items and ingredients are subject to change for various reasons. Allergy information is updated regularly, but there may be times when changes are not yet reflected due to website maintenance. Regardless of whether you have already checked allergen information on this website, please consult a crew member at the restaurant for the latest information before ordering. (Please consult a crew member before entering the queue.)
  • We can only provide information on the 28 ingredients specified in the food labeling standards under Japan's Food Labeling Act. We cannot provide information on ingredients specified in the regulations of other countries.
  • We cannot remove allergenic ingredients from dishes that contain them.
  • We cannot provide details on allergenic ingredients, such as which parts of a dish they are used in, how they are used, or in what amounts.
