The search tool only displays results for major menu items. It does not provide information on other items, such as seasonal dishes.
If you have any questions regarding menu items that did not appear in the search, please consult a crew member.
- Can I find allergen information for menu items that are not yet available?

Regretfully, allergen information is only displayed for menu items that are available on the day of your search.
Please check the information after sales begin.
- I plan to order a dish that I've eaten before. Do I need to check the allergen information again?

Because menu items may occasionally be modified with ingredients that include different allergens, please confirm the latest allergen information with a crew member at the restaurant before ordering.
- Is it possible to remove an allergenic ingredient from a dish or replace it with another ingredient?

- Can you provide information on allergens specified in the regulations of other countries?

We can only provide information on the 28 ingredients specified in the food labeling standards under Japan's Food Labeling Act. We cannot provide information on ingredients specified in the regulations of other countries.
- What are your gelatin products made of?

Although gelatin is allergenic protein derived from animals such as cows, pigs, and fish, we cannot provide specific information on the derivation of the gelatin we use.
